You acknowledge your sole responsibility in assessing the nature, suitability, and appropriateness of these trading risks. Additionally, you agree that 4xorbitglobal holds no responsibility or liability for any losses or gains incurred in connection with your use of the services, and it does not provide advice or recommendations regarding cryptocurrency trading.
You also acknowledge that regulatory actions or changes in regulations applicable to cryptocurrency may adversely affect 4xorbitglobal and your ability to use the services. Consent is given for the disclosure of your personal and account information if deemed reasonably necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
It is explicitly acknowledged that 4xorbitglobal is not a financial institution, bank, credit union, trust, hedge fund, broker, or investment or financial advisor. 4xorbitglobal is not subject to the same laws, regulations, directives, or requirements applicable to such entities. Any oral or written information or advice provided by 4xorbitglobal, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, as well as information obtained through the services, does not constitute investment or financial advice. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all trading decisions made while using the services.
Account Creation

Compliance
You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Services aligns with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Access to the Services is automatically revoked if their use is prohibited or conflicts with any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
Access to the Services
4xorbitglobal grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license is solely for your personal or internal business purposes and is contingent upon the Account type you are currently subscribed to.
4xorbitglobal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, either in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that 4xorbitglobal will not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services or any part thereof.
You recognize that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the Services and its content are owned by 4xorbitglobal or its suppliers. This Agreement does not transfer to you or any third party any rights, title, or interest in these intellectual property rights. 4xorbitglobal and its suppliers retain all rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement, and no implied licenses are provided under this Agreement.
In the event that you provide 4xorbitglobal with feedback or suggestions regarding the Site ("Feedback"), you hereby assign all rights in such Feedback to 4xorbitglobal. You agree that 4xorbitglobal has the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. Any Feedback you provide is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree not to submit any information or ideas to 4xorbitglobal that you consider confidential or proprietary.
Restricted Activities
In connection with your use of Services, you hereby agree that you will not:
violate (or assist any other party in violating) any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation
intentionally try to defraud (or assist in the defrauding of) 4xorbitglobal or any other User
provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
trade taking advantage of any technical glitch, malfunction, failure, delay, default, or security breach
take any action that interferes with, intercepts, or expropriates any system, data, or information
partake in any transaction involving the proceeds of illegal activity
attempt to gain unauthorized access to other 4xorbitglobal Accounts, the Services, or any related networks or systems
use the Services on behalf of any third party or otherwise act as an intermediary between 4xorbitglobal and any third parties
use the Services to engage in conduct that is detrimental to 4xorbitglobal or any other User or any other third party
collect any user information from other Users, including, without limitation, email addresses
defame, harass, or violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of 4xorbitglobal or any other User or
upload, display or transmit any messages, photos, videos or other media that contain illegal goods, pornographic, violent, obscene or copyrighted images or materials for use as an avatar, in connection with a payment or payment request, or otherwise.
Besides, you agree not to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Services any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data (ii) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks (iii) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disable, interfere with, disassemble, copy, or disrupt the integrity or the performance of the Services, any third-party use of the Services, or any third-party data contained therein (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law or (iv) access the Services to build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Services. Enforcement. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you engage in Prohibited Activities or violate any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise create liability for us or any other person. Such action may include, in our sole and absolute discretion, terminating your Account, reporting you to law enforcement authorities without providing any notice of you about any such report.
Third-Party Products and Services
Third-Party Services: You acknowledge that the Service facilitates your access, interaction, and/or purchase of services from various supported platforms and other third parties through third-party websites or applications (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). 4xorbitglobal does not exercise control over these Third-Party Services, and as such, does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make representations concerning them. The responsibility for Third-Party Services lies with you, and their use is at your own risk. Exercise caution and discretion when utilizing Third-Party Services. The terms and conditions of Third-Party Services govern your interactions, and any contracts or transactions are solely between you and the relevant third party, not 4xorbitglobal. If any Third-Party Services cease to provide their programs on reasonable terms, 4xorbitglobal may discontinue such features without entitling you to refund, credit, or compensation.
Other Users: We do not guarantee the identity of any User or other party, nor do we ensure that a buyer or seller is authorized to complete a transaction. Your interactions with other Users are strictly between you and them. 4xorbitglobal bears no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from such interactions. In the event of a dispute with another User, 4xorbitglobal is not obligated to intervene.
Release: By using the Services, you release and forever discharge 4xorbitglobal, along with its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from all past, present, and future disputes, claims, controversies, demands, rights, obligations, liabilities, actions, and causes of action of any kind and nature. This release includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, death, and property damage, arising directly or indirectly from or related to the Services, including interactions with other Users or any Third-Party Products and Services.
Contests: 4xorbitglobal may occasionally provide the opportunity to participate in skill-based contests ("Contest" or "Contests"). Should you choose to engage in any Contests, you accept and abide by the pertinent Contest terms and conditions available on the 4xorbitglobal website and incorporated herein by reference (the "Contest Terms"). 4xorbitglobal reserves the right to modify the Contest Terms or discontinue any contests at any time for reasons such as product availability, pricing issues, or reduced demand. Prizes, discounts, and special pricing are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Any taxes on prizes or awards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party, namely you or 4xorbitglobal. Provisions of this Agreement that, by their terms or to give effect to their meaning, must persist, as well as those expressly or inherently intended to survive termination, will endure beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
4xorbitglobal reserves the right to terminate your Account or suspend your access to the Services at any time and with immediate effect, at its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason or without reason. We retain the authority to decline processing any deposit or withdrawal without prior notice and may, at our sole discretion, limit or suspend your use of one or more Services at any time. For instance, we may, in our sole discretion, delay transactions if there are suspicions of fraud, misconduct, violations of applicable laws, or breaches of this Agreement.
All aspects of the arbitration process, including the arbitrator's award and compliance, are strictly confidential. The parties commit to maintaining confidentiality unless otherwise required by law. This provision does not hinder a party from submitting necessary information to a court of law for enforcing this Agreement, an arbitration award, or seeking injunctive or equitable relief.
If any part of this Arbitration Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Miscellaneous
4xorbitglobal shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from delays or failures in fulfilling obligations under this Agreement caused by unforeseeable events such as fires, strikes, floods, power outages, acts of God, acts of the state's enemies, legal actions by public authorities, market movements, volatility, computer or server malfunctions, security breaches, cyberattacks, criminal acts, delays or defaults by common carriers, acts or omissions of third parties, or any other delays, defaults, failures, or interruptions that cannot reasonably be foreseen or guarded against. In the event of force majeure, 4xorbitglobal is excused from all performance obligations, and this Agreement shall conclusively be deemed terminated.
Communications between you and 4xorbitglobal, whether through the Site, emails are conducted electronically. For contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from 4xorbitglobal electronically, and (b) agree that all terms, conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided by 4xorbitglobal electronically fulfill any legal requirement as if in a hardcopy writing.
This Agreement, along with 4xorbitglobal's Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and 4xorbitglobal regarding the use of the Services. 4xorbitglobal's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not waive such right or provision. Section titles are for convenience only and have no legal effect. The term "including" means "including without limitation." If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your relationship with 4xorbitglobal is that of an independent contractor, and neither party is the agent or partner of the other. This Agreement and your rights and obligations herein may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or transferred by you without 4xorbitglobal's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of this provision is void. 4xorbitglobal may freely assign this Agreement, and its terms and conditions will be binding upon assignees.
